Abstract:
The present invention provides an exosome production method comprising a step of culturing animal-derived cells in a medium containing TNF-α and interferon-γ. The present invention can exhibit the excellent effect of enhancing the productivity of exosomes isolated from a cell culture as well as reinforcing biological activity, such as increasing elastin synthesis in exosomes. Therefore, the exosome production method of the present invention can produce exosomes having reinforced, commercially and/or clinically advantageous biological activity at high yield economically and effectively and particularly, enjoys the advantage of being capable of mass production of exosomes having far higher biological activity, compared to convention methods.
