Abstract:
A fabric production method, comprising: collecting fabric patterns to be produced, digitizing the fabric patterns and then storing same, carrying out calculation, matching, and comparison on the digitized fabric patterns to obtain a weaving plan, controlling a weaving device according to the weaving plan to perform weaving, and carrying out hot-press fusion on woven fabric, cooling and shaping the hot-pressed and fused fabric, and demolding the cooled and shaped fabric to form a piece of finished fabric. The production method is simple, effectively solves the limitation problem of the existing fabric in the warp and weft directions, realizes weaving in any direction and partial weaving, and integrates multiple weaving processes, truly realizes weaving at will, and achieves a great improvement and breakthrough in the weaving industry.
