Abstract:
A four-column hydraulic press, comprising a host (1) and a hydraulic station (2) provided on one side of the host (1). The host (1) comprises a machine frame (3), an upper beam (4), a lower beam (5), guide columns (6), a hydraulic pump component, and an engaging head (7). The hydraulic station (2) comprises an electromagnet (8), a pressure measuring valve (9), a fluid level gauge (10), a foot-operated switch (11), an electric motor (12), a hydraulic fluid tank (13), an ascending high-pressure fluid pipe (14), a descending high-pressure fluid pipe (15), a pressure gauge (16), an activating switch (17), and an emergency stop switch (18). The hydraulic pump component comprises a hydraulic cylinder (19) and a piston rod (20). The lower beam (5) is provided on the machine frame (3). The lower beam (5) is transversely provided with four guide columns (6). The upper beam (4) is provided on the upper ends of the guide columns (6). The hydraulic cylinder (19) and the piston rod (20) transmissively connected to the hydraulic cylinder (19) are provided above the upper beam (4). The four-column hydraulic press works steadily and has high working precision, great operating conditions, and high productivity.
