Title:
NOVEL FRACTIONATION METHOD FOR NUCLEAR SOLUBLE PROTEINS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/118894
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a fractionation method for nuclear soluble proteins, said method achieving a high yield and being capable of preventing intranuclear soluble proteins from leakage outside nuclei due to diffusion, and a kit for performing this fractionation method for nuclear soluble proteins. The fractionation method for nuclear soluble proteins according to the present invention involves a step for exposing cells to digitonin under a temperature condition of 10-37°C. The temperature condition may be 25-37°C. The fractionation method for nuclear soluble proteins according to the present invention can involve a step for exposing the cells to WGA. The present invention provides a kit for performing the fractionation method for nuclear soluble proteins according to the present invention, said kit containing digitonin. The kit according to the present invention can contain WGA.
