Abstract:
A novel high-efficiency twisted-pair core shielded cable. The cable is provided with a core (1), and a wrapping layer (2) is provided on the outside of the core (1). Pressing strips (3) are provided inside the wrapping layer (2), and the pressing strips (3) are symmetrically distributed inside the wrapping layer (2). A shielding layer (4) is disposed outside the wrapping layer (2), and a shielding aluminum foil (12) is disposed inside the shielding layer (4). A cross-shaped partitioning plate (5) formed by means of intersecting horizontal and vertical plates is provided inside the core (1). A core cavity is formed within the partitioning plate (5) and a twisted-pair copper cable (6) is arranged in the core cavity. A wrapper (7) is disposed on the exterior of the twisted-pair copper cable (6). The present invention provides the core (1) within the cable, and the partitioning plate (5) within the core (1) in order to optimize internal strength of the cable, while also preventing different cores from transmitting electrical power, thereby preventing a change to the internal stability of the cable if the internal heat of the cable does not dissipate in a timely manner. The present invention further provides the shielding layer (4) outside the core (1), so as to improve shielding capabilities of the cable.
