Abstract:
A novel high-temperature pyrolysis reaction device, mainly comprising a feeding pump (1), a flow meter (2), an atomizer (3), a pyrolysis reactor (4), an electromagnetic coil (5), an electromagnetic heating power supply (6), a temperature sensor (7), a temperature controller (8), a condenser (9), and a product tank (10). The feeding pump (1) is connected to the flow meter (2). The flow meter (2) is connected to an atomizer inlet (31) of the atomizer (3). The atomizer (3) is provided in the pyrolysis reactor (4). The lower part of the pyrolysis reactor (4) is provided with a lower pyrolysis reactor opening (42). An upper pyrolysis reactor opening (41) of the pyrolysis reactor (4) is connected to the condenser (9). The condenser (9) is connected to the product tank (10). The electromagnetic coil (5) is wound on an outer wall of the pyrolysis reactor (4). The electromagnetic coil (5) is connected to the electromagnetic heating power supply (6). The temperature sensor (7) is placed between the pyrolysis reactor (4) and the electromagnetic coil (5). The temperature sensor (7) is connected to the temperature controller (8). The device eliminates the thermal contact resistance between a spraying medium and the high-temperature surface, realizes the quick temperature-rise pyrolysis of materials, shortens the reaction time, increases the reaction efficiency, and improves the yield of a target product.
