Abstract:
The present invention provides a novel highly viscoelastic warm mix modifier composition to be added to an asphalt binder, and a preparation method therefor, in order to reduce the amount of greenhouse gas and toxic gas generated when producing ascon in the asphalt pavement industry, prevent environmental pollution and decrease the waste of natural resources by recycling recycled aggregate, and save on maintenance costs by improving the public usability of a pavement and extending the lifetime thereof. In addition, provided are a composition for preparing a regenerated (or new) warm mix modified asphalt concrete mixture by using the highly viscoelastic warm mix modifier, and a method for preparing an asphalt concrete mixture from the composition. More specifically, the regenerated (or new) warm mix modified asphalt concrete mixture is prepared by injecting 0.5-20 parts by weight of a highly viscoelastic warm mix modifier, 10-100 parts by weight of an asphalt binder, 850-987.5 parts by weight of aggregate, 2-50 parts by weight of a filler, a small amount of an amine-based anti-stripping agent and a small amount of an antioxidant into a mixer of an ascon plant, and heating and mixing the same at 80-180℃.
