Abstract:
A novel hoisting tool for converter valve cooling equipment, the novel hoisting tool comprising a bottom plate (1), wherein multi-stage hydraulic rods (3) are fixed to four corners of a top outer wall of the bottom plate (1), and a same top plate (18) is fixedly connected to top outer walls of the multi-stage hydraulic rods (3); a fixed plate (7) is fixedly connected to a side of a top outer wall of the top plate (18), and the side, away from the bottom plate (1), of the fixed plate (7) is fixedly connected to a propulsion hydraulic rod (5); one end of the propulsion hydraulic rod (5) is fixedly connected to a connecting plate (4), and both ends of a side outer wall of one side, close to the propulsion hydraulic rod (5), of the connecting plate (4) are fixedly connected to cross beams (6); side outer walls of the cross beams (6) are slidingly connected to two sliders (10); bottom outer walls of the sliders (10) are connected to hoist cables (14) by means of nails; one end of the hoist cables (14) is fixedly connected to a hanging ring (13); and bottom outer walls of the sliders (10) are fixedly connected to hooks (12). The hoisting tool is convenient to operate and makes it convenient to hoist cooling equipment of different specifications. The elastic force of a spring (19) may have a buffer effect, thereby preventing the cooling equipment from being damaged by collision.
