Abstract:
An insulating pull rod, comprising conductive connectors (1), carbon fiber yarns, and a pull rod body (3). The pull rod body (3) is formed by dipping glass fiber yarns in epoxy resin and then drawing and pultrusion; a conductive connector (1) is fixed on each of two end surfaces of the pull rod body (3); grooves are respectively formed in positions, close to the two conductive connectors (1) correspondingly, of the two ends of the pull rod body (3). A section of carbon fiber yarns dipped with epoxy resin is wound in the circumferential direction of each groove, the carbon fiber yarns in the grooves are cured to form carbon fiber reinforcing layers (2), and an equipotential body is formed between the carbon fiber reinforcing layer (2) and the conductive connector (1) at each end of the pull rod body (3). The insulating pull rod has the advantages of good electrical performance, high mechanical strength, a stable process, simple processing, less pollution, low cost and the like.
