Abstract:
The present invention provides a novel Lactobacillus sp. strain and a use thereof. The Lactobacillus sp. strain has high antibacterial activity against various pathogenic bacteria such as fish-pathogenic bacteria and dental caries bacteria, and inhibits melanin production and promotes collagen synthesis, and thus can be used as an ingredient in various foods and medicines.
