The present invention discloses a novel LED panel lamp, comprising: a lamp frame, a light guide structure, a back plate and a light source; the light source, the light guide structure and the back plate are mounted in the lamp frame; the light guide structure includes a diffusion plate, a light guide layer and a reflecting layer; the back plate is located on the surface of the reflecting layer; the light guide layer includes two opposite surfaces comprising a back surface and a front surface respectively; the reflecting layer is located on the back surface of the light guide layer; and the diffusion plate is located on the front surface of the light guide layer. According to the present invention, the panel lamp can effectively prevent deformation of an outline of the lamp frame when the back plate is locked, has good lamp frame deformation resistance effect, thereby eliminating damage of the light source due to locking of the back plate, making up to a certain extent light guide flaw caused by the flaw of the light guide layer itself, guaranteeing homogeneity, brightness and softness of light finally projected by the LED panel lamp; and saving materials and reducing cost; moreover, the panel lamp is light and can be easily accepted by consumers.
