Abstract:
Disclosed is a novel LED panel light, comprising elastic pieces (1), a frame (2), a power supply box (3), a power supply (4), an aluminium back board (5), silicon rubber strips (6), reflective structural boards (7), a panel (8), an aluminium substrate (9) and light beads (10). The frame is provided with accessory lugs. One end of each of the elastic pieces is mounted on each of the accessory lugs of the frame, and the other end thereof is fixed on the panel and located on each of the silicon rubber strips. The panel is mounted on the frame. The aluminium substrate is mounted on the frame. The silicon rubber strips are mounted at points where the panel and the aluminium substrate are in contact with the frame. An accommodating cavity is arranged inside the frame, and the reflective structural boards are mounted in the accommodating cavity of the frame. The aluminium back board is mounted on the aluminium substrate. An LED light board is arranged on a lower surface of the aluminium substrate. The light beads are mounted on the LED light board. The power supply box is mounted on the frame, and the power supply is arranged in the power supply box. According to the LED panel light, the silicon rubber strips and the elastic pieces are used to respectively fix the aluminium substrate and the panel; when the light suffers from an impact caused by external stress, the elastic pieces and the silicon rubber strips can achieve buffering and damping twice, thereby protecting the panel; and the silicon rubber strips have a good flexibility, and can therefore avoid dust and rainwater from infiltrating same.
