Abstract:
Disclosed is a linear peptide or cyclic peptide having an amino acid sequence represented by formula (1): XN-X5-X6-X7-X8-X9-X10-X11-X12-X13-X14-X15 (1), or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. Binding this peptide to LRP1 makes it possible to deliver any drug to the brain tissue through LRP1-mediated transcytosis.
