Title:
NOVEL LUMINOUS HELMET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/096713
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A novel luminous helmet comprises a helmet main body formed by an outer shell (1) and an inner layer (2), wherein a luminous lamp strip (3) which is in signal connection with a controller is arranged in the helmet main body. A liner layer (5) is fixed at the inner side of the outer shell (1), and the liner layer (5) is provided with a receiving hole (51) that fits a light source (4). When the luminous lamp strip (3) and the liner layer (5) are fixed, the light source (4) on the luminous lamp strip (3) is disposed in the receiving hole (51). The liner layer (5) arranged between the luminous lamp strip (3) and the outer shell (1) enables the light source (4) on the luminous lamp strip (3) to be disposed in the receiving hole (51) on the liner layer (5), and when forming, a small gap between the light source (4) and the receiving hole (51) assists to avoid an open circuit or short circuit caused by pressing on the luminous lamp strip (3), while also avoiding damage caused by a large pressing force applied to the light source (4), improving the production efficiency and yield of final products of the luminous helmet. The invention does not require a light-permitting groove structure, thereby reducing damage to luminous lamp strip (3) in the production process, and raw materials for the outer shell (1) can be saved, and the chance of damage to the luminous lamp strip (3) due to collisions during use can also be avoided.
