Abstract:
Novel machining equipment for ball pin seats for an automobile chassis, comprising a workbench (1). Supporting plates (11) are fixedly connected to two ends of a side surface of the workbench (1). A mounting plate (13) is rotatably mounted on lateral sides of the supporting plates (11) by means of a rotating shaft (12). Both side surfaces of the mounting plate (13) are provided with positioning grooves (14). A ball pin seat (15) is fixedly mounted on a lateral side of each positioning groove (14). A positioning cylinder (16) is pressed and connected to a surface of the ball pin seat (15). A relief hole (17) is formed in the surface of the positioning cylinder (16). Holding screws (18) are threadedly connected to lateral sides of the positioning cylinder (16). End heads of the holding screws (18) abut against and connected to lateral sides of the ball pin seat (15). Both ends of the positioning cylinder (16) are provided with fixing plates (2). Bolts (21) are rotatably mounted on lateral sides of the fixing plates (2). According to the machining equipment, the mounting plate is rotatably connected to the upper end of the workbench, and the ball pin seats are positioned at positions on the two sides for pressing and fixing in combination with the positioning cylinders fixed by means of the bolts. In this way, the convenience and stability of use can be greatly improved, and the safety and high efficiency are ensured.
