Abstract:

Substances potentiating the activity of azole antifungal agents which act on fungal infection at a low concentration within a short period of time and make it possible to lower the appearance frequency of tolerant strains. Examples of these substances include compounds represented by the general formula [I]: [I] wherein in case where R₁ is Ac, R₂ and R₃ are each Ac while R₄ is Me, etc.
