Abstract:
A mutual-inductance contactless current starter for a commercial refrigeration compressor motor comprises a current transformer (L1) having a primary coil and a secondary coil, and bidirectional controllable silicon (T). One end (1) of the primary coil of the current transformer (L1) and one end (3) of the secondary coil of the current transformer (L1) are jointly connected to an end A of an alternating-current power supply. The other end (2) of the primary coil of the current transformer (L1) and a T1 pole of the bidirectional controllable silicon (T) are jointly connected to a primary winding leading-out end M of a motor. The other end (4) of the secondary coil of the current transformer (L1) is connected to a G pole of the bidirectional controllable silicon (T). A T2 pole of the bidirectional controllable silicon (T) is connected to a secondary winding leading-out end (S) of the motor. A primary and secondary winding combination leading-out end (L) is connected to an end B of the alternating-current power supply. By using the current transformer (L1) to sample the current of the motor, the power consumption can be effectively controlled; and the starter is energy-saving and highly efficient, has a simple circuit structure and high universality, can withstand high current, and improves the starting safety of the motor while ensuring reliable starting of the motor.
