Abstract:
The present invention relates to a POCT diagnostic system which is for traumatic brain injuries and infectious diseases, can quickly identify traumatic brain injuries, and is highly sensitive, and can thus accurately determine traumatic brain injuries. The present invention provides magnetic particles comprising: a core including a magnetically reactive metal; a shell layer surrounding the core and having a uniform thickness; and a capture probe used on the shell layer to capture biomaterial, wherein the capture probe includes an antibody that uses a biomarker as an antigen for diagnosing traumatic brain injuries or infectious diseases.
