Abstract:

The present invention relates to a sense and antisense primer set selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOS. 1 to 66, which specifically binds to an attenuated donor virus HTCA-B104 strain. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a recombinant influenza virus using the primer set which includes a step of performing PCR reactions on 8 genes of the influenza virus.
