Abstract:
Provided are novel P2X3 and/or P2X2/3 receptor antagonists. A compound represented by formula (I) [wherein Z1 represents optionally protected hydroxy or the like; Z2 represents -C(=O)- or the like; Z3a and Z3b form together =O, =S or the like; t is an integer of 0 to 4; R4a and R4b independently represent each hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl or the like; m and n independently represent each an integer of 0 to 2; k is an integer of 0 or 1; ring A is an aromatic carbon ring, a hetero ring or the like; B is aromatic carbon ring-diyl, hetero ring-diyl or the like; R1a and R1b independently represent each halogen, hydroxy, substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl or the like; R2 represents substituted or unsubstituted alkyl or the like; and R3 represents substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group or the like], a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a solvate of the same.
