Abstract:

A novel rock mucking machine, comprising a travelling assembly (1), a lower base plate (2), an upper base plate (3), an electric control box (5), a lifting assembly (6), a bucket assembly (7), a recoil device (8), and a bucket positioning device (9). The travelling assembly (1) comprises wheels (103); the travelling assembly (1) is fixed below the lower base plate (2); the upper base plate (3) is rotatably disposed above the lower base plate (2); the electric control box (5) and the lifting assembly (6) are provided on the upper base plate (3); the bucket assembly (7) is hingedly connected to the front end of the upper base plate (3); the lifting assembly (6) drives, by means of a chain (603), the bucket assembly (7) to rotate; the bucket positioning device (9) locks or releases the output shaft of a lifting motor by means of a brake band (905). The bucket of the rock mucking machine can be positioned at any position, the positioning device is mounted on a motor at the high-speed input shaft end of a lifting speed reducer; the positioning is performed in a flexible manner to avoid impact and damage to the lifting speed reducer. Moreover, the upper base plate is driven to rotate by hydraulic pressure to achieve left and right movement of the bucket, thereby reducing the labor intensity of workers, and improving the production efficiency and safety.
