A rotary electronic candle, comprising a base (1), a motor (2), a driving bearing (3), a rotary support rod (4), an upper PCB (5), a lower PCB (6), an LED control chip (7), LED bulbs (8), a housing (9), and a connecting line (10). The motor (2) is mounted above the base (1). The driving bearing (3) is mounted above the motor (2). The rotary support rod (4) is vertically mounted above the driving bearing (3). The middle of the lower PCB (6) allows the rotary support rod (4) to pass through and the lower PCB (6) is provided above the driving bearing (3). The middle of the upper PCB (5) allows the rotary support rod (4) to pass through and the upper PCB (5) is disposed above the lower PCB (6). The upper PCB (5) and the rotary support rod (4) are fixedly connected. The middle of the LED control chip (7) allows the rotary support rod (4) to pass through and the LED control chip (7) is disposed above the upper PCB (5). The housing (9) is provided on an outer side of the base (1) in a lampshade form. Said components work together to allow multiple types of power supplies to supply power to a novel rotary electronic candle and to allow the rotary electronic candle to rotationally emit multi-color light, and the use of other bulbs may not be affected if a bulb of a color is broken.
