Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel serinol-based compound, a cosmetic composition comprising same, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising same. Specifically, the compound according to the present invention promotes differentiation of dermal keratinocytes to reduce skin calluses, rehabilitates a damaged skin barrier to a normal state thanks to lipid components stably formed and provided in a liquid crystalline phase to provide a normal skin protection function, and targets endocannabinoids and effectively suppresses the activation thereof, whereby the present invention can provide a significant effect of alleviating and treating related skin diseases and mental disorders.
