Abstract:
A novel shell-and-tube heat recovery boiler having long service life comprises a shell side cylinder (7). Two tube sheets (4) are respectively provided at two inner ends of the shell side cylinder (7). A heat exchange tube (10) is provided between the two tube sheets (4). Two ends of the shell side cylinder (7) are respectively connected to an inlet header (1) and an outlet header (9). A cushioning device (3) is provided inside the inlet header (1). The above arrangement reduces the chance of a connection between the tube sheets (4) and the heat exchange tube (10) failing, and thus the shell-and-tube heat recovery boiler has long service life. The invention is particularly suitable for use in hydrogen-contact conditions in the petrochemical industry, thereby realizing safe, stable and long-term operation of a heat recovery boiler operating in hydrogen-contact conditions, particularly unobvious hydrogen-contact conditions.
