Abstract:
Disclosed is a compound represented by the following general formula: (wherein
R1 represents a hydrogen atom or the like; R2 represents
an optionally substituted alkyl or aryl group or the like; R3 and R4
may be the same or different and each represents an aryl group or the like; R5
represents a hydrogen atom or the like; X1 represents an alkylene group,
a bonding hand or the like; X2 represents a bonding hand or the like;
Y1 represents a bonding hand or the like; and Z1 and Z2
each represents CH or the like) or a salt thereof. Since the compound or a salt
thereof has a strong PGE2 production inhibitory activity, it is useful
for treatment or prevention of diseases and conditions associated with PGE2.
