Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel fusion protein in which a monobody specifically binding to a tumor antigen is linked to L-asparaginase for more efficient solid cancer treatment, and a use thereof, and specifically, to a novel asparaginase-based anticancer agent that targets a tumor antigen with enhanced efficiency of drug delivery to tumor tissue, the anticancer agent being a fusion protein in which a calreticulin-specific binding peptide is inserted into at least one of a BC loop or a FG loop of human fibronectin domain III (Fn3), and L-asparaginase is linked to the C-terminus of a recombinant monobody specifically binding to calreticulin.
