The present invention provides a tumor vaccine with a complex as a main active ingredient, wherein the complex is formed by a nucleic acid, especially a replicable nucleic acid not expressing exogenous genes, and a cationic biomaterial. The nucleic acid and cationic biomaterial in the tumor vaccine of the present invention have synergistic interactions on direct killing of tumor cells, induction of the innate immune response and adaptive immune response of the body against the tumor, etc.
