Abstract:
The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for therapy of cancer having a KRAS mutant or PTEN protein loss genotype, the composition comprising an anticancer chemotherapeutic prodrug conjugate containing an albumin binding moiety, a linker, and an anticancer chemotherapy agent, whereby effective treatment can be made of cancers having a KRAS mutant genotype or a PTEN protein loss genotype, which are known as intractable cancers.
