Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel xanthone compound, an optical isomer thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, the xanthone compound exhibiting cytotoxicity against a cancer cell line so as to inhibit cell growth, thereby having an excellent effect of preventing or treating various cancer cells.
