Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a novel zero-voltage switching control circuit and method. A controller chip is configured to control a first switch unit to switch ON and OFF of an input winding and control a second switch unit to switch ON and OFF of an auxiliary winding and a negative voltage level, wherein before the input winding is connected, the auxiliary winding of a voltage converter is connected to the negative voltage level in advance, and on the basis of the coupling effect between the input winding and the auxiliary winding, the input winding generates negative current, and cross-voltage energy of a parasitic capacitor in the first switch unit is released, such that the polarity of the input winding is reversed, and the cross-voltage of the first switch unit is pulled down to a switching potential. According to the present invention, zero-voltage switching can be realized in a continuous mode CCM or a discontinuous mode QR/DCM, the switching loss of a first electronic switch is reduced, the primary current and the secondary current which are originally crossed under the operation of the continuous mode CCM can be mutually staggered, the transconductance phenomenon of approximate short circuit is avoided, and difficulty of secondary side synchronous rectification control is reduced.
