Abstract:

Disclosed is a nozzle device which, for a rod-shaped food product having multiple radial-direction projections which project in the radial direction, is capable of forming a structure whereby the aforementioned radial-direction projections are equipped with abutting first and second food materials. This nozzle device has a structure whereby an outside nozzle (11) which discharges a first food product material (9A) and an inside nozzle (13) which discharges a second food product material (9B) are combined, wherein: a proper number of radiation-direction projection ports (27) which project in the radial direction are provided on a nozzle port (25) provided on the nozzle main body (21) of the aforementioned outside nozzle (11); nozzle tip parts (35) which freely engage each of the aforementioned radiation-direction projection ports (27) are provided, in a number equal to or less than the number of the radiation-direction projection ports (27), on the tip part of the nozzle main body (31) of the aforementioned inside nozzle (13); and when each of the aforementioned nozzle tip parts (35) is engaged with each of the aforementioned radiation-direction projection ports (27), the aforementioned radiation-direction projection ports (27) are divided into two to provide a passage for the first food product material (9A) and a passage for the second food product material (9B)
