Abstract:
This nozzle inspection machine comprises a flow rate measuring unit and a determining unit. The flow rate measuring unit is configured to apply a previously set first pressure to the proximal end of a suction nozzle while the distal end of the nozzle body is open, thereby measuring a first flow rate of a fluid that flows through the suction nozzle, and is configured to apply a previously set second pressure to the proximal end of the suction nozzle while the distal end of the nozzle body is closed, thereby measuring a second flow rate of the fluid flowing through the suction nozzle. The determining unit determines the quality of the suction nozzle on the basis of a difference value between the first flow rate and the second flow rate which have been measured.
