Abstract:
A primer for amplifying a nucleic acid characterized by being hybridizable with a target nucleic acid sequence containing at least one member selected from the group consisting of ribulose bisphosphate carboxylase small chain 1A: RBCS-1A) gene, mRNA of this gene, cDNA of this gene and partial sequences thereof and having a first sequence hybridizable with a part of the target nucleic acid sequence as described above in the 3’-terminal side and a second sequence hybridizable with a part of a complementary chain of the target nucleic acid sequence as described above in the 5’-terminal side; and a method of quantifying a nucleic acid by using at least one member selected from among the above-described gene, mRNA of the gene, cDNA of the gene and partial sequences thereof as an internal standard.
