Abstract:
Provided is a nucleic acid analysis reaction cell and a nucleic acid analyzer that achieve a uniform flow rate, thereby removing locations where flow rate is slow, and reduce washing time for reagent removal. The nucleic acid analyzer contains a flow path (103) provided with: a detection area (108) for detecting sequence information for nucleic acid fragments; and non-detection areas (107) positioned at both ends of the detection area (108). One of the non-detection areas (107) is provided with an inlet (105), and the other non-detection area (107) is provided with an outlet (106). The widths of the non-detection areas (107) positioned at both ends of the detection area (108) narrow closer to the ends. A guide (104) for separating a liquid is disposed on at least the non-detection area (107) that is provided with the inlet (105).
