Abstract:
A nucleic acid according to the present invention for the demethylation of the OASIS gene comprises, located under the control of a promoter sequence, a base sequence that encodes a dCas9/demethylation enzyme fusion protein and a base sequence that encodes a guide RNA. Designating the +1 position as the first base at the translation starting point of the OASIS gene, the guide RNA has a base sequence that recognizes all or part of the base sequence from position -327 to position +511.
