Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a nucleic acid extraction device and extraction method, which can simply and quickly separate nucleic acid without the help of an electronic device or other devices. The present invention provides a nucleic acid extraction device using a cationic polymer, comprising: a nucleic acid purification disc including a nanofiber in which a cationic polymer is surface-treated, and a support into which the nanofiber is inserted and of which the upper part and the lower part respectively protrude, so that a blood sample can be suctioned and discharged; a syringe including a piston, and a cylinder of which the entrance is connected to the upper part of the support; and a tip of which one end is connected to the lower part of the support, and which transfers a wash liquid or an elution buffer to the nucleic acid purification disc through the other end.
