Abstract:
Provided are a nucleic acid molecule binding to a YB-1 protein and an application thereof in diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cancers. The nucleic acid molecule comprises a sequence selected from the following (1) and (2): (1) a nucleic acid sequence shown in N1N2N3N4AN5CN6N7N8 (SEQ ID NO: 1), wherein N1 is C, G, U, or none, N2 is A, G, U, or none, N3 is C, G, U, or none, N4 is C, G, U, or none, N5 is C or U, and N6-N8 are each independently C, G, U, or none; and (2) a complementary sequence of (1).
