Abstract:
The present invention relates to nucleoside phosphate triesters and processes for their preparation. In particular, the present invention relates to nucleoside analogues of formula (I), where B = an organic base, X = -H or -N3, Z = -NR<1>R<2>, and Y = -OR<3> or NR<4>R<5>, wherein R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, R<4> and R<5> are the same or different and are selected from -H, alkyl, aryl, acyl, substituted alkyl, substituted aryl and substituted acyl groups.
