A number 102 lead-free aviation piston type engine fuel, a preparation method and a raw material proportioning and mixing device, comprising a kettle body (1), the kettle body (1) being connected to a plurality of feeding pipes (2); a lead screw (3) that shares the same center line with the kettle body is provided within the kettle body (1), and the lead screw (3) is connected to a power device; a filter screen (4) is provided within the kettle body (1), and a nut that cooperates with the lead screw (3) is provided in the middle portion of the filter screen (4); a plurality of vertical grooves (5) are provided in the periphery of the lead screw (3), and a plurality of nozzles (22) facing openings of scraping pipes (21) are fixedly mounted within the scraping pipes (21); the nozzles (22) are connected to corresponding liquid outlet pipes (19); one end of each scraping pipe (21) penetrates the kettle body (1) and then is connected to a temporary storage tank (23); a separation net (24) is provided within the temporary storage tank (23), and the temporary storage tank (23) is connected to a negative pressure suction device; and the other end of each liquid inlet pipe (18) is fixedly connected to the temporary storage tank (23). The present device is used for filtering mixed materials, and is particularly suitable for liquid materials; in addition, the present device may effectively remove floating foam, impurities and the like from the filter screen (4), may still maintain a relatively high filtering rate after being used for a long time, and cleaning of the filter screen (4) may be carried out in a raw material feeding period, without the need for stopping the device, and is beneficial for improving production efficiency.
