Title:
NUMERICAL CONTROL DEVICE AND LEARNING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/208893
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This numerical control device (1) is characterized by being provided with: a drive command unit (15) which gives an operation command to a main shaft (101) and a transmission shaft (102) of a work machine (100); a sensor signal processing unit (11) which generates multiple types of state quantities on the basis of a sensor signal (200) obtained by detecting vibration of a workpiece or tool attached to the work machine (100); a timing signal generation unit (16) which periodically generates and outputs a timing signal (207) in synchronization with rotation of the main shaft (101); a phase difference calculation unit (12) which, for each timing signal (207), generates dimensionless quantities indicating multiple types of state quantities in a state space, and calculates phase difference information (203) indicating the difference in phase between the dimensionless quantities; and a vibration determination unit (13) which has an information observation unit which creates an inference data set from the phase difference information (203) and an inference unit which has a trained inference model that has undergone machine learning for determining the presence or absence of chatter vibration by inputting the inference data set. The vibration determination unit (13) inputs the inference data set to the inference unit to determine the occurrence of chatter vibration.
