Abstract:
A numerical control device (1X) for controlling a machine tool that controls a plurality of drive shafts so as to move a tool, said numerical control device (1X) being provided with: a vibration waveform generation unit (385) which generates a vibration waveform representing a vibration path that is taken by a tool when a workpiece is machined while the tool is being vibrated; and a vibration distance calculation unit (386) which generates, for each drive shaft of the plurality of drive shafts, a command vibration waveform that represents a tool movement path for the drive shaft, on the basis of the direction in which the tool is to be vibrated, the direction angle of a reference shaft, which is one of the plurality of drive shafts, and the vibration waveform.
