Abstract:
A numerical control device (1) for superimposing the amount of movement of a reference shaft (61A) of a machine tool (110) on the amount of movement of a superimposition shaft (61B) of the machine tool (110), wherein said reference shaft (61A) moves a tool (66A) or a workpiece (70) and said superimposition shaft (61B) moves a tool (66B) or the workpiece (70), and wherein said numerical control device (1) is provided with a control calculation unit (2) that, if a superimposition control command has been issued, changes at least one of a first vibration frequency, which is the number of vibrations of the reference shaft (61A) per rotation of a main shaft (60), a second vibration frequency, which is the number of vibrations of the superimposition shaft (61B) per rotation of the main shaft (60), and the number of rotations of the main shaft (60) per unit time, on the basis of a first vibration command for vibrating the reference shaft (61A), a second vibration command for vibrating the superimposition shaft (61B), and a main shaft rotational speed command specifying the number of rotations of the main shaft (60) per unit time, such that the first vibration frequency and the second vibration frequency are set to constant vibration frequencies.
