Abstract:
A numerical control device (1) comprises a control unit (22) that: outputs a position command (J1) to a drive unit that drives a tool when a machine tool using the tool executes machining on a work piece; and, when there is a command of an auxiliary function for executing processing other than machining of the work piece, controls processing corresponding to the auxiliary function and outputs, to the drive unit, a suppression position command (51) that is a position command for suppressing a first vibration of the machine tool that is generated when the auxiliary function is executed. The suppression position command (51) is a position command for generating, in the drive unit, a second vibration having an amplitude of a magnitude that is the equal to or lower than the amplitude of the first vibration in a reverse phase to the first vibration.
