Abstract:
Numerical-control edge-sealing processing equipment, comprising a frame (405), and a first central cross beam (400) and a second central cross beam (500) slidably disposed on the frame (405). Both the first central cross beam (400) and the second central cross beam (500) are provided with transverse driving mechanisms (403), both sides of the frame (405) are provided with driving racks (404) matching the transverse driving mechanisms (403), and the transverse driving mechanisms (403) cooperate with the driving racks (404) to drive the first central cross beam (400) and the second central cross beam (500) to move in the length direction of the frame (405). The two ends of the first central cross beam (400) are slidably provided with a gluing five-axis head (401) and a scraping five-axis head (402), and the two ends of the second central cross beam (500) are slidably provided with a milling five-axis head (501) and a finishing five-axis head (502). The gluing five-axis head, the scraping five-axis head, the milling five-axis head, and the finishing five-axis head are respectively connected to a gluing mechanism (200), a scraping mechanism (300), a milling mechanism (504), and a finishing mechanism (505). The equipment further comprises a fixed cross beam (702) fixed to one end of the frame and a plurality of movable cross beams (703) slidably disposed on the frame, a plurality of support bases (704) are slidably mounted on the movable cross beam (703), and suction discs (705) are mounted at the tops of the support bases (704). The equipment can position and fix, by adsorption, plates, is not prone to looseness, can adapt to plates having various special shapes and sizes, is high in degree of automation, and can reduce costs.
