Abstract:
A numerical control gear milling machine, comprising: a lather bed (100), the lather bed (100) being movably provided with a sliding table (200) along the X axis, the sliding table (200) being movably provided with an upright column (201) along the Z axis, a side wall of the upright column (201) being movably provided with a cutter box (202) along the Y axis, the cutter box (202) being rotatably provided with a cutter main shaft C therein, and one end of the cutter main shaft C being mounted with a cutter (203) for machining a workpiece; a revolving shaft box (204) disposed on the lather bed, the revolving shaft box (204) being rotatably provided with a revolving shaft B therein, the revolving shaft B being provided with a workpiece box (205) at the end outside the revolving shaft box, the workpiece box (205) rotating with the revolving shaft B and being rotatably provided with a workpiece main shaft A therein, the workpiece main shaft A and the revolving shaft B being perpendicular to each other, and the workpiece main shaft A being mounted with a workpiece; and a chip conveyor (300) disposed under the cutter (203) and the workpiece. The numerical control gear milling machine has advantages of a compact structure, small occupied area, good stability and high machining precision and of being easy to operate and to remove chip.
