Abstract:
Provided is a numerical control lathe for machining a tubular article, comprising a lathe housing (1) and a control panel (7), wherein a signal light (6) is provided above the lathe housing (1); the control panel (7) is mounted on a front surface of the lathe housing (1); a fixing station (5) is provided at an upper part inside the lathe housing (1); an X-axis lead screw (17) is provided at a middle position of the front surface of the fixing station (5); a right end of the X-axis lead screw (17) is provided with an X-axis servo motor (10) in an embedded manner; a numerical control lathe cutter head (3) is provided on the front surface of the X-axis lead screw (17); a hydraulic rod (4) is provided above the numerical control lathe cutter head (3) in an embedded manner; an infrared sensor (11) is provided, which can detect abrasion of a cutter and control machining of a product, effectively avoiding the problem of abrasion of the cutter resulting in disadvantage to product machining, thereby improving the production quality of the product; and a liquid level sensor (20) is provided, which can detect the remaining amount of cooling liquid in a cooling liquid tank (21) of the numerical control lathe, avoiding the problem of burnout of a blade due to lack of the cooling liquid.
