Abstract:
The present invention relates to a numerical control machine tool and a control method therefor. The numerical control machine tool comprises a machine tool operation table (1); a movable workbench (2) capable of moving is provided on the machine tool operation table (1); a workpiece is fixed to the movable workbench (2) by means of a clamping and limiting mechanism; the machine tool operation table (1) is further provided with a cutting and detection support (5); and a cutting device (6) and a detection device (7) are mounted on the cutting and detection support (5), wherein the workpiece can rotate to provide different cutting or slotting angles for the cutting device (6); or/and the workpiece can rotate to provide different detection angles for the detection device (7). According to the present invention, the detection device works in conjunction with a workpiece rotating mechanism to generate a plurality of different image collection viewing angles, such that the punching or slotting quality can be more accurately determined, and the yield of workpieces machined by the numerical control machine tool is improved.
