Abstract:
Disclosed are a numerical control milling and grinding forming method and device for a large-diameter aspherical mirror, and a numerical control polishing method and device for a large-diameter aspherical mirror. An aspherical surface is discretized into a series of annular zones with different radii, and each annular zone is sequentially subjected to generating by means of an annular grinding wheel cutter; the annular zones are arranged at equal intervals, and the total number of the annular zones is N; and the width of any annular zone is jointly determined by an Nth annular zone, an (N-1)th annular zone, the positioning precision and a generatrix equation of an aspherical mirror, and the aspherical surface is formed by a plurality of annular zones in an enveloping manner. The diameter of the cutter for machining is larger than the semi-diameter of the aspherical surface, and the cutter makes contact with the surface of a workpiece in the form of an annular zone; therefore, the service life of the annular cutter is prolonged. The interval between the annular zones is far larger than a traditional machining screw pitch; therefore, the machining efficiency is obviously improved.
