Abstract:
A numerical control turning method for special-shaped hatching knurling, comprising the following steps: S1, selecting a 60-degree universal pitch type blade, and selecting a cutter according to the material of a workpiece; S2, calculating the number N of thread lines and a lead Ph; S3, calculating the rotating speed of a main shaft under a G97 constant-rotating-speed instruction; S4, editing a numerical control program; and S5, mounting the cutter, presetting the cutter, and machining knurling under the control of the numerical control program in step S4.
