Abstract:
This numerical value measuring instrument comprises an oscilloscope device, a position-detecting panel mounted on the display surface of the oscilloscope device, a keyboard acting as a man-machine interface, and a computer into which detected position signals from the panel and the instructions via the keyboard can be input, and from which measured data can be obtained. The waveform being observed is optimally an ultrasonic echo from an article being inspected, but the object being measured can also be observed by electric signals. The position-detecting panel employs a touch panel.
